When Chef Marco Bellini left Naples in 2003, he carried with him his nonna's recipes and a dream — to bring authentic Italian cooking to Manchester's Northern Quarter.
Two decades later, Bella Cucina remains a family affair. Every pasta is rolled by hand, every sauce simmered for hours, and every guest treated like family. We source directly from Italian producers — our olive oil from Puglia, our mozzarella from Campania, our wines from small family vineyards.
